To achieve this the NAO is implementing a new ambitious diversity strategy for 2012 to 2014 which is broad but has a particular focus on key areas where we aim to make further improvement – including retention and progression of talented ethnic minority staff to senior posts. We are, therefore, seeking a diversity specialist to join our central HR team for 6 months to help drive progress against our new strategy. This is a hands-on delivery role taking forward a portfolio of diversity initiatives. |
