The Relationship Manager, Diversity in Arts Practice will play an important role in the delivery of our new goals and 10 year plan, enabling organisations and artists to excel professionally and maximising the impact of their practice regionally, nationally, and internationally. Applicants should demonstrate professional specialist knowledge and previous experience in one art-form.
Opportunities within the regional post include:
- Brokering high quality opportunities for collaboration and co-production between regional and national companies, and diverse practitioners
- Working with disabled and culturally diverse artists and organisations to develop their profile, practice and new platforms for showcasing of work
- Working with the regional portfolio of arts organisations to develop and implement their equalities plans
- Supporting regional delivery of national strategies to diversify the arts workforce and arts audiences
- Leading on the Arts Council’s key Cultural Olympiad projects in the region including Pacitti Company’s ‘On Languard Point’
