You will assist the business in understanding the importance and opportunities that arise by having a diverse work force. You will be addressing Age, Disability, Gender, Race and Religious Belief among other diversity issues. You will need to engage with senior stake holders regarding the current work force and how to further diversify in relation to the fore mentioned.
The ideal candidate will be a diversification specialist. They will have experience working in blue chip organisations and exposure to both public and private sectors will be looked upon favourably. We are seeking someone that has experience interacting with senior management on diversification.
